Declaration of Faith

Declaration of Faith

  1. WE DECLARE UNTO THE SPIRITUAL REALM –
    • The BIBLE is the absolute and unqualified authority.

Psalm 119:89 & 104; II Timothy 3:16; 1 Corinthians 14:37.

2. The Perfect will of the TRI-UNE GOD is to build the Church to serve His Purpose.

  1. The Permitted will of the TRI-UNE GOD is Denominations, Para church groups and the blessing of Ishmael.

3. The Church is the eternal purpose of God.

    1. God has purposed in Himself a thing and He works all things after the counsel of His will. Ephesians 1:9 & 11.
    2. God’s purposes, according to election, will stand.

4. The Church is therefore a manifestation in “TIME” of an eternal purpose.  Romans 8:26 to 30.

    1. We as believers totally accept the fact that Christ in His Church is the central fact of God’s will, not a parenthetical invention, determined by God Himself.  Ephesians 1:9.
    2. This purpose of God for the Church is eternal.  Ephesians 3:9 & 10;   II Timothy 1:9; Acts 15:18; Titus 1:2.
    3. We believe this purpose was hidden in the New Testament.     Matthew 13:17; I Peter 1:10 to 14; Romans 16:25 to 26.
    4. We believe it to be a progressive revelation. Isaiah 28:10 to 16;        Hebrews 1:1.
    5. We believe that this purpose of God will never be disannulled.

5. We believe Jesus Christ to be the Son of God to serve this eternal purpose and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, enable us to serve this eternal purpose.

6. In the everlasting covenant, God decreed “THE CHURCH”.

    1. The everlasting covenant is the foundation for all covenants on earth.  Genesis 17:7; Hebrews 13:20.
    2. We in EKD Genesis believe that through our covenant relationships with EKD Genesis and each other, we emphasize, manifest and strengthen this Biblical principle.

7. We believe that EKD Genesis has been ordained by God to serve God’s purpose.

    1. Proven by and through various witnesses Nationally and Internationally; Confirmed by various prophecies over a time of 48 years; Field tested over the past 20 years.
    2. We hereby confirm that we do have the witness of the Holy Spirit.
    3. We believe that it is the Holy Spirit that beareth witness. 1 John 5:6.

8. We believe that we are not the whole, but just part of the whole, set apart by God to function as a manifestation of the “CHURCH OF THE FIRST BORN”.

Luke 2:23; Numbers 3:13, 8:17; Hebrews 12:23.

9. We believe that according to 1 Corinthians 10:32, there are basically three ethnic divisions in the human race.

9.1 These are the Jews (Israel), the Gentiles and the Church of God. We believe that God is at work in the nations, forming the third ethnic division ”THE CHURCH OF THE FIRST BORN”.

    1. This relates to the Jews and the Gentiles being baptised into “ONE BODY”.It is not a Nationalistic or International thing, but “ONE NEW MAN”. Ephesians 2:11 to 22; 1 Corinthians 12:13.
    2. We believe it to be according to Old Testament Hebrew the “THE UMMAH” of God (A collection; A community of persons).
    3. According to the New Testament Greek the “ETHOS” of God (A race of the same habit).  The “GENOS” of God (An off-spring that consists of many individuals of the same nature and kind).
    4. We believe the Word of God, because of the three divisions of the human race in God’s mind, must be rightly divided in these three classes of people.
    5. We believe out of these nations God chose a nation for Himself, and for His redemptive purpose.
    6. The New Testament introduces the third major ethnic division, which is the Church, composed of both Jew and Gentile.
    7. We believe we have been taken out of the midst of many people and that God is in the process to make out of us, according to His statutes, laws, judgements and through His Abrahamic Covenant establish us and bestow upon us the promises of Abraham.  Deuteronomy 4:6 to 8, 34; Genesis 12:2 to 3, 17:1 to 7.
    8. We believe that because of divine choice and because of grace, we in our choices can bring “REASON” in our lives.
    9. We believe that this third ethnic division to be the 14th generation in Christ according to Matthew 1:17.

10. We believe the Great Commission involves the taking of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature, making disciples of all nations.

Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:47; Acts 1:8.

    1. The book of Acts shows God’s turning from the chosen nation to the Gentile nations, in order to take out of them a people for His Name.  Acts 9:15, 13:44 to 49, 14:1 to 2, 15:14 to 18, 28:23 to 31.
  1. WE HEREBY UNDERWRITE THE FOLLOWING:

“Foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the Gospel unto Abraham, saying: ‘In thee shall all nations be blessed’”. Galatians 3:8.

11. We believe that God’s purpose will best be served and implemented by “THE CHRIST METHOD OF DISCIPLESHIP”.

    1. We believe the sole purpose of this Kindred Discipleship is to accomplish and establish God’s purpose.  We believe that according to Luke 1:17,
    2. It to be our responsibility to implement the principles of Acts 8:33 and through “DIEGOMAI” (To relate fully);
    3. To declare this third ethnic division.  (God’s generation in Christ).

12. We believe that Jesus Christ descended from heaven to earth to redeem us.  He ascended from earth to heaven to glorify us.

  1. We believe that the Five Ministry Gifts (Ephesians 4:11-13) were given for this purpose.
  2. We believe that the Five Ministry Gifts to be “ASCENSION-GIFT MINISTRIES”.
  3. We believe the eternal God Head to be vitally involved in the eternal purpose concerning the Church.
  4. The God Head is a giving God.
  5. We believe that in and through the Holy Spirit, the Gifts of Inspiration: Prophecy, Tongues, Interpretation; the Gifts of Demonstration: Faith, Miracles, Healings; the Gifts of Revelation: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Discerning of Spirits; the Son Jesus Christ as Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher (Given by God the Father John 3:16), are in the process perfecting the saints “FOR THE WORK OF THEIR MINISTRY”.  Acts 5:32; Ephesians 4:8-16, 5:25
